Requests per minute and renders at once are per account, across all of its keys. With yearly billing the allowance still resets every month. Need more than the largest plan? Tell us the volume.
How billing works
- You pay for screenshots, not attempts
- A failed render costs nothing. Neither does a request answered from the cache.
- No overage charges
- At the limit, requests stop with a clear error. The bill is the plan price, never more.
- Up now, down at renewal
- An upgrade applies at once and you pay the difference for the time left. A downgrade waits for the next renewal.
- Cancel in two clicks
- The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A failed payment gets 7 days before anything changes.

What counts as one screenshot?
One successful render, whatever the format or size. A render that fails is not counted, and neither is a request answered from the cache.
What happens when I use up my screenshots?
Requests are refused with a clear error until your next period starts, or until you move to a larger plan. There are no overage charges: you never pay more than the price of your plan.
When does my allowance reset?
Every month, counted from the day your subscription started (on the free plan, from the day you signed up). Unused screenshots do not carry over to the next month. A yearly plan is paid once a year, and its allowance still resets every month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect at once: you get the larger allowance for the rest of the current period and pay the difference for the time left. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
How do I cancel?
On the billing page, in two clicks. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. You can undo the cancellation any time before that date.
What if a payment fails?
We tell you by email and the plan keeps working for 7 days while the payment is retried. If it is still unpaid after that, the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Do you give refunds?
Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan includes 100 screenshots a month and asks for an email address only.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout happens on the page of our payment provider. Card details go to them directly; we never see or store your card number.
